This Privacy Policy describes how Naturafrost Inc., a company organized under the laws of the United States with an office at 1350 Broadway, New York, NY 10018 ("Naturafrost," "we," "us," or "our"), together with our French affiliate Natura Frost SARL (registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 513 326 876, registered office at 5 Chemin des Eaux Salées, 13620 Carry-le-Rouet, France), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit naturafrost.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and other comparable U.S. state laws — as well as Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL").

5.1 California and Other U.S. State Residents

- Opt out of sale or sharing: opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), and opt out of profiling used for certain automated decisions.
- Non-discrimination: not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
- Appeal: appeal a denial of a rights request (where applicable under state law).

5.2 "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of analytics or advertising cookies is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California or similar state law, you may opt out at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences through the Site's cookie banner/settings or by contacting us at the email address below. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) where legally required.
5.3 Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

6. Email and Marketing Communications
When you submit a contact form, request a resource, or otherwise provide your email address, you may receive commercial communications from us regarding our news and products. In the United States, these communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act; in Canada, they comply with CASL, meaning that where required we obtain your consent (express or implied) before sending commercial electronic messages, and every message includes our identification information and a functional unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable under state law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

12. State-Specific Disclosures Checklist (For Internal Use)
Before publishing, confirm the following with legal counsel, as thresholds and obligations vary by state and by your actual data volume/revenue:
- Whether Naturafrost meets the applicable revenue/volume thresholds triggering CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, or other state law obligations.
- Whether a "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) honoring mechanism is implemented on the Site.
- Whether a cookie consent banner is required/appropriate given your actual tracking technologies.
